That NOLA Style
Last weekend Laura and I were on vacation (for a friend’s wedding, congrats again Helen and Daniel!) and we got a taste of the Big Easy. When I say taste, I actually mean a gigantic bite. We ate a ton of delicious food, I think together we easily put down a couple hundred crawfish in every style imaginable.
We also got to catch up with a bunch of people who we haven’t seen in years. In fact some were in town for completely differet reasons and we just randomly ran into them on the streets of New Orleans. All in all it was a fantastic time! (Well except for the 12 hour delay at the New Orleans airport, skipping that would definitely have made it better.) I’ll leave you with a picture of our Saturday breakfast.
No it’s not just a bowl of powdered sugar… there are actually benigets down there!
